The prices include electricity, gas, water and final cleaning.
Bedlinen and towels can be rented for 15,-€ bzw 10,-€/Person.
At reservation please transfer 30% of the complete rental charge,
the rest 20 days before your arrival.

On the fascinating island Sardegna near the famous "Costa Smeralda" the 2 appartments with a wonderful view on the sea and the long beach of Pittulongu lie on a hill in an independent house with a large territory.
The up to 4pers. app. has a large kitchen room, a living room with double xxl sofa-bed,tv and another big bedroom (3 beds).
In front theres a long covered terrace with a garden in front of it. Also there`s a bath with big shower, 2 washing basins and toilet!
The up to 2pers. app. has a bedroom with tv, bath with big shower a toilet and a washing basin.
Also it has a kitchen in the basement and a big covered terrace on top with the wonderful view on the sea.
All bedrooms and the living room have air condition for the hot season (June-end September).
